Accompanist

MAUREEN NIELSEN

Maureen teaches piano and music theory at her Classic Touch Piano Studio and is an award-winning accompanist in Prince George.

Along with being a long-time accompanist for the Prince George Cantata Singers, she also works with the Prince George Tapestry Singers and the Nove Voce choir. Maureen also plays for solo and vocal ensembles, as well as for instrumentalists, locally throughout the year.

Maureen is a musician with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra, playing piano and keyboards.

Maureen's credentials include a Bachelor of Music from the University of Victoria, an A.R.C.T. Diploma in performance and teaching, and a L.T.C.L. Diploma in performance.
