Established in 1968, is the central interior’s premier adult mixed-voice choir. Our 60-70 members, led by Music Director Damian Dorschner, enjoy performing a variety of musical styles, including classical, folk, gospel, jazz, musical theatre, ethnic, and pops.

Welcome to our 43rd season!

The 2011-2012 season is well underway.   On September 7th, we will "Kick-off" the new season and open our doors to anyone who is interested in singing with us.  Our open house will give you the opportunity to meet our friendly choristers and learn all about singing with the Cantata Singers.

Concerts in the new season include: "All Aboard", a November 4th concert in Prince George and the following day a train trip to Smithers where we will sing with the Local Vocals; a Messiah Sing-along on December 11th, and on January 28th, a cameo performance with the PG Symphony Orchestra.  There will be other concerts in 2012, as well as outreach performances in the community.

Choral singing is a unique team activity where you can learn to sing great music, meet new friends, share a sense of achievement, and "recharge your batteries", all while having a good time!
